Club Deportivo Partizan

Club Deportivo Partizan launched “The Rebirth of the Eagles” in 2018 to transform women’s football in Peru by creating equal opportunities for girls and young women through sport. Inspired by the birth of the founder's daughter, this project was born from a deep personal and professional commitment to promote gender equality, improve lives through football, and build a sustainable pathway for female athletes. The club now competes in the second division of women's football and the first division of futsal, driving social change through community-based development, education, and empowerment.

Why This Project Exists
The project was created to address the lack of support and access for women and girls in Peruvian football. Motivated by personal experiences and the desire to see his daughter and other girls thrive in a more equitable sports environment, the founder transitioned the club from a men’s team to a women-only organization. The goal is to build a system where sport enables girls to achieve better physical, emotional, and professional well-being, especially in under-resourced communities.

What the Project Does (Day-to-Day)
Club Deportivo Partizan trains girls and women from age 6 and up in football and futsal, offering structured programs that promote athletic and personal growth. Beyond the pitch, the club provides mentorship, community support, leadership training, and pathways toward professional opportunities in sport.
