Women's Soccer School

Women’s Soccer School is a women-only football club based in Barcelona, Spain, created to offer a safe, inspiring, and empowering space for girls and women who want to play football at any stage of life. From grassroots to lifelong participation, the club welcomes players from 6 to 60 years old, proving that football truly belongs to everyone. Operating across Barcelona and its metropolitan area, the project stands out for its innovative approach, focusing not only on training and competition, but also on enriching experiences beyond the pitch.

The Goal
The beginnings

The project was founded with a clear intention: to offer a different kind of football environment for girls and women in Barcelona—one that was safe, inclusive, and truly designed for them.

Today, Women’s Soccer School is the largest women-only football club in Barcelona, with more than 300 active players, 950 members, a growing digital community of 8,000 followers, and strong engagement both on and off the pitch.

In the near future, the club aims to offer even more and better experiences for its players, including international tournaments, matches against foreign teams, meetings with professional players, and attendance at top-level competitions such as league matches and the UWCL.

The long-term dream is to establish a dedicated women’s sports city, a permanent home that supports training, competition, community building, and the sustainable growth of women’s football.
